The company closed 1,042 transaction sides and achieved a record-breaking average sale price of $1,022,000. Additionally, Legacy Properties Sotheby’s International Realty set new records for property sales across multiple communities in Maine, continuing its tradition of annual record-breaking performance across key metrics.
