Paula Stanton of Broadreach Public Relations Celebrates 10-Year Anniversary

PORTLAND, Maine (October 29, 2026) – Broadreach Public Relations, a woman-owned strategic communications firm located in Portland, Maine, is recognizing Paula Stanton as she celebrates 10 years with the firm.

Stanton joined Broadreach in 2016 as a client manager, advanced through several roles and now serves as vice president of client services, leading the firm’s day-to-day operations and coordinating a team of communications professionals and a network of specialized partners.

Over the past decade, Stanton has played an important role in Broadreach’s evolution. From leading international events and complex client initiatives to developing emerging talent, she has helped strengthen client relationships, build a high-performing team and guide the firm through significant change, including the pandemic and implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

“Paula and I have navigated a lot together over the past 10 years, including more than a few ‘how are we going to pull this off?’ moments,” said Linda Varrell, president and founder of Broadreach. “Through the growing pains, unexpected challenges and occasional chaos, she’s brought a level head, a sense of humor and a determination to get things done. Stanton earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and holds a graduate certificate in Digital and Social Media from Kennesaw State University. Prior to joining Broadreach, she built a diverse marketing and communications background through roles in e-commerce, professional services and higher education.
