Business Description

When my parent first arrived in the US, i didnt want to put them to work in a factory lines. I think of different ideas of business to open. One day, i decide to stop by a fish market and ask if they ever want to sell their business. My parent has been in the seafood business for over 30 years in Vietnam raising seabass and escargot, this would fit them nicely. Since taking over the shop, we expand our capacity by offer overnight shipping focusing in the Asian American community in the US, business grew by 10 times. Fast forward 5 years, we are no longer leasing but having our own building and facility, expanded from just a retail seafood to now offering dine in restaurant and catering through our food trailer. In the near future, we would like to package our signature sauce and sandwich to sell at local grocery store and nationwide.
