Currently, it is in the beta testing phase, and I am also spearheading an onboarding and training program. Our team members in the processing plant have been at the forefront of this for decades, adapting tools and processes to increase efficiency. We are leading the way in Mental Health awarness for our industry as well. I believe we value our employees and their well-being.
