The Industrial Roofing Company is comprised of three divisions to ultimately offer maximum value to you, our valued customer. The Industrial Roofing Company provides you with the comfort and ease of using a single source for any, and all, of your commercial roofing needs. Our Service Division is the first of its kind in New England, focusing on safeguarding and extending the life of a commercial building's most critical asset, its roof. Our Roofing & Siding divisions have the knowledge and staff to plan and complete every type of roofing or siding project, including roof replacement, recover projects, metal roofing and siding, and new construction.

Family Business History

Founded in 1945, IRC is currently run by the 4th generation. The St. Hilaire family has a strong tradition in roofing in the Lewiston/Auburn area, built upon trust and hard work. New ownership now also includes Mike Davis, Paul Croteau, and Peter Bilodeau. After over 75 years, IRC has grown to approximately 100 employees doing business with two offices located in Lewiston, ME and Haverhill, MA.
