Cross Insurance is a third-generation family-owned insurance agency built on hard work and dedication. They rank alongside some of the largest insurance brokers in the nation, occupying over forty offices in eight states, with clients located around the globe. Through partnerships with top-rated insurance companies, they can provide you with competitive and comprehensive options for personal insurance, commercial insurance, employee benefits, and bonds.
Family Business History
Built on a history of hard work and dedication, the legacy of Cross Insurance has been molded through generations of family ownership, and shaped through strategic partnerships spanning decades. Woodrow W. Cross founded Cross Insurance from his kitchen table in the 1950s. His work ethic and optimism helped shape the company into what it is today. In the 1970s, Royce Cross, Woodrow’s son joined the company. In 2022, Jonathan Cross, Woodrow’s grandson was named President and CEO. Jonathan is the third generation of the Cross family to oversee the company. Royce Cross continues to serve as Chairman.
