My goal is to provide a light bulb moment for all participants in pursuit of professional and personal growth through the structured development program. Having spent more than 20 years in uniform as an Army Officer before moving on to build and lead high-performing teams at Wayfair, Jeremy understands the importance of providing a structured and supportive environment to build leaders. It works! With an academic and professional background in strategy creation and measurement, operational efficiency, data analytics, Jeremy can consult on a variety of business challenges. Jeremy has a Wharton MBA, served as an Associate Academy Professor of Economics at West Point and is a Balanced ScoreCard Professional.
