Family Business History
The Cote Corporation was founded in 1966 by Armand E. Cote and his wife Carmen to provide crane service to local contractors. Since then, they have become a full-service company experienced in meeting the challenging requirements of pulp-paper, power, chemical, medical, industrial, and general construction industries throughout the state and sometimes beyond. In August 1974, The Cote Corporation acquired the “Pete Bolduc Company” founded in 1921. Also a family-owned business, this acquisition expanded their trucking, warehousing, and rigging services.
