Family Business History

Founded in 2015 by Benjamin and Carrie Green Yardley. Both Ben and Carrie have been in practice since 1983, working in the areas of commercial litigation, commercial transactions, small business services, onstruction and insurance. They have watched their daughter, Hannah, graduate law school, pass the Maine bar, and serve as a Maine judicial clerk. Hannah now US General Counsel for an Irish solar development company.
