We also ensure that construction management is top of the priority line to keep everyone satisfied and in sync. This improves scheduling, track progress in real time, and also reduce miscommunications or delays. "Having everyone connected and updated in real time really reduces stress," says Alisa Brewer. "It also gives our clients a view of what's happening and when." We’re currently exploring the use of drone technology for pre-construction site assessments and project documentation. This will offer aerial visibility, improve site planning, and enhance client reporting.
