Family Business History
Paul and Rocco Severino grew up spending their summers in Maine’s Lakes Region. Paul’s father, John Severino, owned the iconic Sportsman’s Grill in Portland over 20 years ago. When an opportunity arose in Sebago, a place the family had spent their summers nearly their entire lives, Paul and his son, Rocco, decided to reopen their own restaurant as an ode to the old Sportsman’s Grill in the spring of 2018.
