Chadwick's Craft Spirits are truly a labor of love. Each batch is tested on a regular basis to ensure optimum taste and color. As with every step of the process, the maturing is done completely on the Chadwick's own property. In fact, the charred oak barrels are racked on beams made from the cabin that Larry Chadwick built himself, each log harvested from his own land. We collect sap right from our family's own maple trees and carefully boil it down to flavor our spirits with just a few drops. Many of the ingredients are literally hand-measured and carefully combined. It is a time-consuming but rewarding process, as each batch is aged to perfection. One sip of the smooth, warm spirits will resonate with your natural sense of taste and tell you it's all well worth it.
