We are looking a Maintenance Technician to join our team, who is interested in performing day to day maintenance on all of our commercial and residential properties. The Maintenance Technician works with the Management team to complete maintenance tasks such as landscaping, painting, plumbing, carpentry to ensure the safety and security of properties.

What you will be doing:
- Completes all requests for service maintenance, prioritizes work orders and handles each in the most efficient manner, calls outside vendors as needed.
- Ensures all work order are accurately recorded, updated and closed out accordingly in Software Program, Appfolio.
- Inspects buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality, checking for faults and fixing them where they exist to keep all things running and functioning properly.
- Keeps all mechanical and electrical rooms tidy at all time.
- Perform minor plumbing repairs, replacements, and/or installations including repairing leaks
- Perform minor electrical repairs and related items
- Conducts regular inspections of heating equipment and life safety devices diagnosing problems and setting up work orders and service as needed.
- Perform weekly and monthly preventative maintenance including inspecting buildings, equipment and appliances for functionality to check for faults and coordinate repairs as needed.
- Performs painting projects ranging from interior/exterior painting of property units to minor touch up and repair of walls and woodwork
- Ensures quick turnover of units after move out completing all necessary repairs, painting, and changing of locks in a timely manner
- Operates Equipment
- Performs other facility and/or landscape projects including snow removal to ensure property aesthetics meet or exceed standards
- Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the needs of the business and properties.
What you will need to succeed:
- Proven experience in Property Maintenance
- Have a bias toward action and an impatience towards those that lack focus and/or the ability to get results.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Attention to detail and pride in workmanship.
- On-Call availability is required
