The Great Boss Workshop

The Great Boss Workshop is a one-day, hands-on session based on the book How to Be a Great Boss by Gino Wickman and René Boer, focused on practical leadership and management tools.

Most managers care deeply about their people and want to do a great job, but they were promoted for their technical skills – not because they were ever trained to lead humans. Over time, that gap shows up as harder conversations, unclear expectations, and more weight on the leader than there needs to be.

This workshop helps managers learn how to:
