Speaker: Laura McDowell, Professional EOS Implementer
Family Business Speakers / Panel:
Running a family business comes with unique challenges and opportunities, from aligning your team and managing growth to ensuring long-term success for future generations. In this engaging panel discussion, facilitated by Laura McDowell, Certified EOS Implementer, you’ll hear real stories from local family-owned businesses, all of whom are using the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) to address these challenges.
Our panel features four businesses at different stages of their journey with implementing a structured approach to growth: one that has fully integrated the process into their operations, one actively working through the implementation, and one just beginning to explore how it can benefit their business. They’ll share their experiences, challenges, and successes in creating clarity, fostering accountability, and building a stronger future for their businesses.
What You’ll Gain:
This isn’t just a theory session—it’s a chance to hear what’s working for others and discover practical steps to move your own business forward.
Don’t miss this opportunity to learn, connect, and think differently about your business.

With 20 years of experience in sales, marketing, client success, HR, and fundraising, Laura discovered a passion for helping entrepreneurs thrive. While serving on the leadership team of a bootstrapped tech startup in the hospitality industry, she saw firsthand how the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) transformed a stagnant team into one that was aligned, communicative, and high-performing. Inspired by the impact, she became dedicated to helping other leaders experience the same transformation.
Based in southern Maine, she works with entrepreneurs who value genuine connections, informal collaboration, and a shared commitment to achieving exceptional results together.
