Mike is vice president of The Dow Company, Inc., a 114 year family-owned heavy construction company who does site work at Logan Airport, the Big Dig, Harvard University, etc. Mike has a BS in civil engineering and an MBA from Northeastern University. He has worked in construction since he was 10 years old. The firm is run by Mike, his brother Mark, Mike’s two sons Todd and Brent, and Mark’s son Dana. Over the last 3 years, with help from their attorney, accountant, financial consultant, and Chris Yonker as their advisor, they have been planning the transition from one generation to the next.
