Business Description

My great grandparents started this business, they caught their own lobsters, cooked them, picked them, and made lobster rolls out of their garage (or shack). My grandparents moved the business across the street down onto water, where we are located today. They put picnic tables and made a full menu to serve to customers to eat here. They also made it so fishermen could bring their boat directly here and sell off the boat to us. My parents took over and made the menu and kitchen even bigger. They made it so we have 25 plus fishermen and clam harvesters that bring the product directly to us, and trucks that pick up and sell throughout the state and even New York and Boston. I’m currently still learning quite a bit from parents, but I have definitely added more technology to make things a little bit easier around here, like a website and the TOAST POS.
