Business Description

The company started initially as an Ice Company. We cut ice on Lily Pond her in town and it was used by the lobster shipping industry. Over the years the company expanded into real estate, apartment buildings, convenince stores, used cars, home fuel, and numerous other ventures. Seafood slowly became the number one priority and in 2016 the other divisions were sold off so we could concentrate just on seafood. For the future we are looking to expand into seafood processing and seafood products. We are working in collaboration with Maine Coast Fishermens Alliance, Gulf of Maine Research, and the University of Maine to make use of under utilized species of fish into products that could be served in Maine Schools. Our first product which is in testing is a Fish Cake made with Maine grown ingredients. We have applied for a USDA grant to help make this project a reality.
