Business Description

Design and implement programs which enable individuals to maximize their personal, professional and leadership potential for developing individuals, groups, and organizations. Workshops and individual consultations/coaching sessions for senior leaders, managers, and staff are based upon consultation with clients to meet specific identified goals, and programs. Major areas of programming include: Individual and group coaching services, personal leadership skills (including communication and conflict resolution), professional leadership styles (identifying different leadership styles and strategies to enhance client(s) skills), team building skills (developing strategies to foster diverse teams, encourage growth of staff and emerging leaders), systems thinking skills (including implementing and managing organizational change). As a certified provider, the following personal and professional assessments are offered: Myers–Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) Step I and II, Leadership Circle Profile 360, Leadership Profile Manager Edition, The Collective Leadership Assessment (organizational cultural assessment). Interpreting and debriefing the results of these assessment results are included. On going coaching for individuals and groups related to these assessments can be requested. Consultation regarding Board development for beginning, and the ongoing development of a Governance or Advisory Board is available. All services and programs are customized and delivered within a value centered, ethical framework which treats persons respectfully and fosters an atmosphere which encourages engagement and recognizes the giftedness and uniqueness of all.
