Completing multimillion dollar commercial new construction projects as well as complex renovations and historical restorations. Hardypond is a full service construction manager. Hardypond staff works directly with owners and designers to recognize the nuances of every project and deliver a quality building every time.

Family Business History

In 1990, Bob Gaudreau started Hardypond Construction in a home office doing mainly small commercial and educational renovation projects. With the addition of a few employees and new relationships with key subcontractors, the company quickly grew. This was due in large part to Bob’s attention to detail and his ability to deliver complex projects on time, on budget with minimal disturbance to the owner. These are still the key principals that Hardypond operates under today. Hardypond continually receives more than 70% of its work from repeat customers.
