Pine View Homes provides a range of residential and commercial housing solutions, including single-wide & double-wide homes, duplexes and modular homes. We also offer in house finance, rent and own a manufactured home park in central Maine. Currently in 2025, we are working on permitting for a 50+ manufactured home community on the Augusta Road in Winslow

Family Business History

Pine View Homes has been a family-owned and family-oriented business since its founding in 1955 by Mr. and Mrs. Elmore L. Hustus. What began as a small, local effort to provide quality housing has grown into a multi-generational legacy rooted in integrity, care, and commitment to Maine families. Following in their footsteps, the business was passed to their daughter and son-in-law, Anna and Stanton Ayer, and later to their grandson and his wife, Michael and Tracy Ayer. In 2017, the fourth generation, Patricia Banks — daughter of Michael and Tracy — became the proud owner, continuing the strong tradition of service, quality, and community connection. For over 70 years, Pine View Homes has evolved to meet the changing needs of Maine families, offering energy-efficient, affordable housing options without ever losing sight of our core values. Many of our customers are repeat buyers or referrals from previous generations — a testament to the trust and satisfaction our homes inspire.
