As a family owned business, family is at the heart of the business and I try to treat my staff as family as well. Having a good work-life balance is incredibly important to me, so I want to ensure my employees genuinely enjoy their jobs. I also believe strongly in being an active part of my community by sponsoring events, volunteering, etc. The mission of the Grasshopper Shop is to provide our customers with upbeat, friendly and efficient service in a cheerful, organized atmosphere so that every customer leaves the store having had a positive experience.
