We utilize our vendor partners' services to enhance the customer's experience such as providing a loyalty program, marketing outreach announcing upcoming events, offering coupons, celebrating customers' birthdays, etc. We also lean into their latest technology to ensure we have the most current updates and services available to ensure our customer's experience is as smooth and seamless as possible. (e.g., register updates, website improvements, loyalty program enhancements, etc.) Our business values are simple and straight to the point: Customers and Community Our customers are an extension of our family and are always treated as such. Each person who walks through our doors is greeted with a warm smile, a "Hey there, how are you?", and an offer to help in any way we can. We pride ourselves in offering a safe, welcoming place for customers to browse our latest offerings, open new trading card packs amongst friends, enjoy our weekly game night, take a walk down memory lane as they see a toy from their childhood for the first time in years, or meet a hero from years passed who is with us for a special event.
