Responsibilities:

Take direction from owners, communicate daily, and report all concerns.

Understand project scopes and specifications.

Envision each project, develop plans, and ensure timely completion.

Lead assigned projects, read blueprints, lay out tasks, and assign roles.

Schedule and foresee project needs, ordering equipment and supplies.

Provide direction, training, and motivation to carpenters, apprentices, and laborers.

Maintain project timelines, hours, supplies, and manpower.

Ensure compliance with NU-YAR Construction safety policies.

Manage crew, including hiring and firing with owner approval.
-
Report progress and problems promptly to owners.

Provide weekly reports on crew performance and project progress.

Demonstrate excellence, attention to detail, and strong work ethic.
Qualifications:

5-10 years of construction experience with a strong Construction Management background.

Excellent communication and leadership skills.
-
OSHA and RRP certified.
-
Ability to lead, manage, train, and motivate all crew members.

Professionalism and exceptional customer care.

Time management and organizational skills.
-
Diverse construction industry background with knowledge of all aspects of the trade.

Willingness to learn, adapt to new trends, and try new approaches.

Ability to work independently and lift 100 pounds.

Demonstrated carpentry skills with proven past experience.

Attention to detail, cleanliness, and commitment to quality craftsmanship.

Strong work ethic.
Compensation:
Pay range $65,000 – $80,000, based on experience and leadership capabilities.
