All six of our faculty members are highly experienced family board directors with a combined history of board service to 62 businesses, of which 44 are family firms, 10 are other closely-held companies, and 8 are publicly-traded.
Jack Moore is the faculty chair and fourth generation family member and former director on the board of Benjamin Moore & Co. Tom Juenemann while serving as Executive Director of the Institute for Family-Owned Business for the past 10 years, Tom consults and develops family business educational and networking conferences. Anne Eiting Klamar, MD is the 4th generation President and CEO of healthcare supplier Midmark Corporation. Prior to returning to the family business in 2000, Anne was in a medical practice with her husband, and served as the director of the Well Child Clinic. |

Daniel B. (Dan) Hatzenbuehler is currently Chairman and CEO of E. Ritter & Company, a fourth generation Arkansas family business with operating companies in agriculture and rural communications. Has served on the Board of Directors since 1978 and was elected Chairman and CEO of the Company in 2001. Until 1998, was partner in a Memphis law firm concentrating in securities and mergers and acquisitions. |

John Santa serves as Vice Chair and former 2nd generation CEO of Santa Energy. Since 1988, John has reported to an independent board of directors, led by a non-executive chairman. John now serves as an independent director for several family businesses. He also provides ad hoc advisory services on matters related to governance, ethics and operations. |
